Deputy Home Manager

About the job

Are you a Senior Staff Nurse in York looking for your next step up into management?

Would you love to be considered for a Deputy Managers position for a beautiful nursing home that truly cares?

As a Deputy Manager wouldn't it be great to work alongside a great Home Manager with a well-established team?

This is a small independent care home company that are quickly becoming one of my favourite. With a family ethos at the heart of everything they do, each of the 10 care homes they have are run independently of each other. This means you can really make a difference to the residents you care for and make important decisions of how the home is run.

This is a beautiful small home with 30+ beds that cares for nursing residents some of which have dementia. They have a 'Good' rating with the CQC in all areas and their aim is to get to 'Outstanding' with your help.

Plenty of scope here for career progression and development as this small outfit are still growing, with new homes having been acquired within the last 12 months.

With a generous salary of between £35k to £38k (dependent on experience) plus additional benefits which include paid breaks, training and development, pension to name a few, there has simply not been a better time to join them.

If you are a staff nurse or senior staff nurse with a passion for elderly care and already have some management experience, want more information about this Deputy Manager's role or what it takes to become a Deputy Manager, then apply in confidence with a CV and talk to Tim the Recruitment Panda who works closely with this employer.
