Full or Part time hours

Are you an experienced Nurse, with an interest in caring for the elderly ?

Would you have dementia care experience and would like to share your knowledge ?

Can you lead a team of carers and nurses to continue to provide outstanding clinical and holistic care ?

Requirements for this position

You should possess Excellent clinical knowledge and sound judgement Great communications skills You should be Able to lead with a "can-do" attitude a team player, with attention to detail Compassionate with a sense of fun. You'll have experience role modelling and promoting best practice in wound management, nutrition, tissue viability, end-of-life care, and other essential clinical interventions.
