This is a well established nursing home with a GOOD CQC, that is part of the local community offering both day and respite care to the local community.
The Home Manager is like a Mum to all the staff and residents, really looking after her staff, with a realistic and kind attitude.
The staffing ratios are 7 staff to 32 residents in the morning and 6 staff in the afternoon, they have recently started to use Person Centred Softward on the handheld PDAs.
The home is a Christian home, and has at least 10 churches in the area providing services to the residents and the staff, along with a plethora of happy volunteers.
