If it means the voices heard, the quality of care-provision and/or giving options allowing choice, this Branch Manager (without registration) type vacancy may be your calling.

Being for a charitable organisation you will work closely in partnership with the NHS in the area. Your hours will 37.5 and the pay includes a guaranteed incremental rise year on year, starting £45.5k to £51k per annum.

With excellent values of support and inclusion, you will support and be supported by highly skilled clinicians and leadership, to ensure your leadership skills develop. You will also enjoy far-reaching decision-making autonomy in conjunction with direct supervision from a strategic leader.

You may have run a successful domiciliary or home care branch or have managerial experience in a Community Clinical, Hospice or Independent Hospital/Care Home environment.

You will also have worked in end-of-life care and be familiar with the Gold Standard Framework and, although you do not have to be a nurse yourself, we are looking for someone who can compassionately lead a team comprising (amongst others), Social Workers, Clinical Nurse Specialists, working with Medical Consultants.

You will have level 5 leadership & management or similar/equivalent experience.
