Community Nurse - Home based role - Complex Care Packages

NOT A NURSING HOME ROLE

Our client provides care packages to Children and Adults with Acquired Brain Injuries, Spinal Cord Injuries and long term Neurological Conditions

We are looking for an enthusiatic committed passionate and motivated NURSE to take the lead in developing and managing theSE care packages.

You will review the clients care needs, adjusting the package accordingly, train and assess the highly skilled care practitioners, visiting clients in their home environment in a 1 : 1 situation. Your time will be spent visiting clients, meeting with the local authorites supporting care staff and working from home.

You must be IT literate, car owner and driver, you should have excellent communication skills, & 2 years post registration.

You should be an independent worker, self motivated and able to work with autonomy and accountability, with minimal supervision.

This is a full time contract, 37.5 hours, that can be worked around you and your clients needs, school drop offs can be accommodate, evening visits may suit the client better, so you would plan your work and your day around the evening visit on that day.
