We are recruiting an RN to run the clinical side of the home, we have a fantastic manager running the home, and we need the best clinical lead nurse to support her.
It is a small home, able to offer personalised care to the guests and staff, we can offer long days, or the old fashioned (but so much easier) earlies and late shifts
As Clinical Lead you will be the managers right arm, undertaking 2 clinical shifts, the rest of the time will be supernumerary.
There will be a small requirment for the occaisional weekend, but as Clinical Lead, we would prefer you to work Monday to Friday.
