Small, financially strong care home provider is looking for an experienced Clinical Lead to join the team at a 50 bedded nursing home that is known for providing exceptional care to its residents.

You should be clinically strong with an eagerness to support growth and development in all staff and to do this you will be given appropriate supernumerary hours.
