Clinical Leads are the beating heart of any nursing home. They are the engine that provide clinical excellence to residents, but more importantly, they lead, mentor and empower a team around them to do the same.
Clinical Leads thrive on making a difference, re-writing the rule books, thinking outside the box, stepping up in the absence of management, a shoulder to cry on perhaps.
Clinical Leads, as the name suggests are nurses that enjoy leading by example, are clinically confident and are passionate in all they do. You will be working alongside a talented Home Manager. They have established a great team around them, but are now looking for new blood in the form of a Clinical Lead.
