This is a Nursing Home that wants the best for its residents, and wants to employ two clinical lead nurses who can ensure the best care in the two different specialities that co-exist within the home.
There are two floors 25 residents on each, and as clinical lead nurse you will take charge of your floor, looking after the nurses, the carers, the residents and the relatives. You will have autonomy as Clinical Lead Nurse, taking part in assessments, audits, monitoring, recruitment, parties and eating cake.
We are looking for 42 hours a week, with one weekend in four being on - call, and alternate weekends in the home.
