Ready to step into a role as a Clinical Lead in a large nursing home with a provider in elderly care with a reputation for outstanding care (backed up by their CQC results)?

We want to speak to the best clinical practitioners in the West Sussex and Hampshire area. Are you a Senior Nurse ready to take the next step and lead a nursing team in a beautiful brand-spanking new nursing home? If so, keep reading…

You are confident in your knowledge of CQC Good or Outstanding, and have been part of a team that has delivered this result on your current or previous employment.

You have experience leading a team or are ready to take that first step onto the junior management ladder within care. Perhaps you are currently supporting or leading the home when management is away?

We are offering a market-leading salary and BONUS SCHEME for this position. Salary is £46k - £50k dependent on experience, with the opportunity to earn an extra £18k - £20k in performance related bonuses.
