A Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Manager role, £21-22.50ph in a Good Nursing Home, where the team consider themselves Family, may be of interest.
Your role will include working as part of a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to ensure that the holistic needs of all of their clients needs are met and measured against outcomes.
To lead on clinical practice, manage clinical performance of the support staff, and ensure KPIs are met.
You will be working with the clients, their family, and other healthcare professionals alongside their Registered Manager to develop individualised and bespoke care plans for the homes elderly clients.
Support empowerment of the clients with particular regard to their dignity, rights and advice.
To be fully up-to-date with all statutory law and guidelines, e.g outstanding CQC standards, to ensure that the service complies.
Work within The Code as issued by your governing body (NMC).
To work closely with the Registered Manager and to respond to matters arising, resolve concerns and provide cohesive leadership, Empower those around you and Motivate your team.
Other Responsibilities:
To conduct general risk assessments and review them on a regular basis, in line outstanding CQC guidelines.

Hours Available: · Scheduled hours: Full Time Monday - Friday with alternate weekend working
Requirements for this position:
Requirements - RGN / RMN with active PIN registration - Experienced Nursing Home Nurse - - Experience of working in a general nursing home environment - Up-to-date clinical skills - Self-motivated with the ability to lead a team of Nurses and HCAs
