Clinical Lead Nurse

Dementia Unit

Independent Nursing Home

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered nurse, to clinically lead the dementia unit of this large nursing home.

As Clinical Lead of the Dementia Unit you will be looking after 31 beds alongside the Manager (RGN) and a large staff team of carers and ancillary staff.

Are you a Dementia Queen - are you a Dementia Mapper?

Have you done your Admiral Nurse training?

Do you genuinely enjoy looking after residents with dementia?

If you are answering yes to any of the above, please do continue reading.

As Clinical Lead of the Dementia Unit you will deputise for the Manager, so there may be some weekend working. You will have the opportunity to work on the clinical floor for three short shifts, (earlies and lates - hurrah) and for two business days work 8 - 4 - supernumerary work.

You will work closely with your RGN Manager, your clinical and caring team and the most fantastic activities co-ordinator ever to provide high standards of individualised person centred care.

You should be a strong nurse, with a professional approach and a compassionate nature, you should have a sense of humour and understand how to manage a clinical team.

If you might be interested to know more about this rather fabulous role, do please give me a call in the first instance.

If you would need to relocate for the role, we can definitely help for the right candidate.

My number is 07941 307543 - Call me this weekend - Emma
