Clinical Lead Nurse

Large Nursing Home

All Supernumerary Hours

GOOD RATED CQC

This is a really super role, within a super duper home. It is a bit posh, with lovely gentele residents and visitors. There are only 21 Nursing Residents, so you will be overseeing this unit, and the RGN who will be running the unit. You will be involved with audit, supervisions, supporting the Nurses. They have great ratios within this home, 4 residents to 1 carer, Meals on duty, but you will need to sit with the residents to eat, (oh the Hardship).

You should be aiming for career development, this is a company that likes to recruit from within, they like to grow their own managers. In this instance the present CL is a new mum, and finds that she really wants to spend more time with her little person.

This manager is one of the loveliest I know, with a realistic down to earth approach, and adaptability is her middle name, your hours can be worked in almost any way, Long days, Short days, 5 days a week (early office hours), but NOT nights.

The Management structure, is Manager, deputy manager (RGN) then yourself also an RGN. It is part of a small but growing group, 2 new homes are being built as we speak, opening next year.

If you are looking to move up the nursing career ladder, this might be a great introduction to the management team of a Nursing Home.

If you think you might be the right person for this role, give me a call Emma on 0161 914 5722, and tell me why, or send me your CV with contact details, and times you will be available for a chat.
