I'm looking for an experienced deputy manager to help run a large family run care home in Chester.
Are you an RGN? Or and RMN with good clincial skills?
As Deputy Manager, you will be ensuring best practice care is offered to our residents. As Deputy Manager, you will be supporting the fabulous Home Manager, working 40 hours a week, mostly days. On Calls as required. You will need to be strong, confident and able, in both your clinical management and staffing arrangements.
