We are currently looking for a Deputy Manager for a Mental Health Service with some high dependency residents and a few complex behaviour disorders, however there aren't any violent residents in the service so you would never be under threat of injury.

You would be a clinical deputy manager in a small 20 bedded nursing home, so you would have more time to get to know each of your residents on a more personal level in order to do your job to do the best of your capabilities.

You would be working with a Home Manager who can attest to the companies values and ethos, as she was promoted to her position in the last few months (and is thriving we might add).

You would be situated not far from Llandudno, in a beautiful Period property which doesn't feel too clinical and you would be working with a team who have been in place for years, so anything you need to know they would be happy to help with when familiarising yourself with the service.
