Caring & Effective Nurses Wanted

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for several Staff Nurses to join our nursing and residential care home in Bristol and Surrounds on a full time permanent basis.

This welcoming nursing home provides nursing care and support to older people with varying general nursing needs and requirements, the home offers a secure and caring environment to enable those who wish to explore their surroundings and remain as active as possible. Adbolton Hall are also able to provide specialist support from external professionals in areas such as; Tissue Viability, Nutrition, Falls Prevention, Continence and Chiropody.

We are looking for a motivated Registered Nurse to join the team and manage the clinical needs of the residents within the home. Working as part of a team, the successful candidate will be involved with Person Centred Care Planning, Medication and Wound Care Management. This clinical role is based on effective communication with team members, doctors and relatives, therefore excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships is vital for this role.

Previous experience in a nursing home setting is desirable but not an essential as all training needs will be provided for you. Must be registered with the NMC and have a valid pin number.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £16.50 - £17.50 /hour
