A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a passionate Home Manager& Clinical Lead (RGN/ RMN) to join a warm and friendly nursing home based in Eastleigh, Hampshire.

This home is considered by many to be the home of choice in the Winchester and Southampton areas.

The home is ideally situated close to public transport links and local shops. This service offers a warm and welcoming environment for the residents and their families to enjoy.

The home boasts a range of excellent facilities including cosy communal lounge areas, daily activities and an award-winning garden to relax and unwind in.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Home Manager (RGN/ RMN) to join a leading, forward-thinking, healthcare provider.

The service provides care to the elderly, residents with dementia as well as a range of other mental health conditions. The healthcare team pride themselves in the high-quality care that they provide to the residents and boasts a fantastic reputation.

As a Home Manager you should be -

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) and Registered Manager (RM) or be willing to work towards RM status with our support.
  • A blend of compassion, resilience and exceptional management skills.
  • As a Home Manager you should have a forward-thinking approach and the confidence to communicate with and inspire colleagues at all levels.
  • Proven track record in running a commercially successful, Good or Outstanding rated care home will be complemented by your commitment to deliver first-class care.
