They put in place in each of their homes a team of highly motivated staff to focus on the personal and medical needs of all the residents who live at their care homes; creating a tailored care plan for each and every one of them. Their care homes are friendly with focused with care designed to provide a stimulating and compassionate environment for their residents; their teams are friendly, empathetic to both residents and relatives, with focused care provided to the highest quality standard at all times; and demonstrated by their low patient to staff ratio. The hours are full time, with flexible shift patterns.

Care Home Nurse required to foster good team work, with a sound knowledge of CQC procedures.
