Salary: £35k - £40k per annum

About you
You will be either a registered manager with experience in a residential care setting or a deputy manager looking to progress their career.
You will have knowledge of current legislation and expected standards within the social care sector.
You will boast strong organisational and management skills.
You don't need to have a level 5 in leadership and management, but you will be expected to work towards it whilst in the position (with the support of your employer of course).
The Company & Role
You would be a registered manager for a smaller service that offers predominantly elderly care and dementia care.
You would join with a new provider who are looking to make waves in the region and want their homes to be the best performing in the area, and would offer all the resources needed in order to help you achieve that.
You would be part of a company who are looking to acquire more services soon, meaning there may be more senior roles to work up to and that, this may not just be your next job but the one after that too!
