You would be a care home manager overseeing 45 residents in a home offering predominantly EMI and some dementia care although its nothing too complex.
You would be a part of a company which puts its employees at the heart of everything they do as well as their residents and they like to promote within, meaning this may not just be your next job, but also the one after that.
You would ideally be someone who likes to be out on the floor amongst staff as this team responds to a leader who is present.
