You will receive £9.50 per hour, a Monday to Friday 9-5 working week, onsite parking, monthly and yearly employee of the group awards, and an overall fantastic company to work for.
As the Care Home Administrator, you will support the Home Manager, Regional Manager and Directors with all aspects of administration, HR, Finance and Recruitment, and ensure the home runs smoothly and effectively. You will be the caring and professional first point of contact to residents, families, and team members.
You will ideally have previous experience within a care environment, alongside NVQ3 in Administration and be able to provide advice and information in response to enquiries, as well as maintaining employee and resident records.
You will play a pivotal role in the Home, with various plate to spin including liaising with the Health Board and Local Authorities, payroll information, co-ordination of recruitment and selection, public and personal monies, ordering supplies, logging invoices, maintaining both digital and manual filing systems, and providing support to the Manager, Regional Manager and Directors as required.
