Nurses of Somerset I need you

I have been asked to find a missing piece for the puzzle that is so nearly solved.

I love my role as a recruiter, I like to find nurses really good jobs, jobs where nurses are not just a number, where they are part of a team, that genuinely care for their residents.

This is one role that I really want to find the perfect candidate for.

This independent Nursing Homes has got Care and Employment right, they pay well £18 per hour the shift times are great - 18.45 - 07.00. The ratios are good, and the manager has been in post for 14 years, she loves this home like her own (it isn't), her door is always open, with a relaxed calm approach, and a supportive nature.

So my perfect candidate

  • LOVES GIVING GREAT CARE
  • IS HAPPY TO TAKE CHARGE AT NIGHT
  • HAS AN NMC PIN
  • WANTS A NEW ROLE

If you think you might be the right person for this lovely job, do give me a call and try to convince me.
