Administration is an art! I mean that. Finely crafted communications, and beautifully organised systems are poetry in motion, done well.

Paying up to £15 per hour for someone special, this position is a Monday to Friday 37.5 hour working week with onsite parking and the kind of rewarding fulfilment you can only get working in a company that provides care to the elderly.

Other benefits exist too, including the opportunity to lead a team of 2 but overall, this opportunity is an opportunity to join a professional family in the business of care, which offers a range of profound emotional rewards.

So, if you can keep multiple plates spinning with a smile on your face and be the person who knows everything and keep the wheels from falling off, we'd like to tell you more.

Purchase ledger experience is also a priority.

Otherwise, as the Home Administrator, you will have responsibility to manage a team of two, in support of the Home Manager in implementing and managing the budget, maintain the ordering system for the home, overseeing rosters & timesheets, monitor resident's pocket money accounts, as well as promoting the high-quality care at all times.

You will be the caring and professional first point of contact to residents, families, and team members, and will ideally have previous experience within a care environment. You will be able to provide advice and information in response to enquiries, as well as dealing with the unexpected in this busy role!

You will play a pivotal role in the Home, with various plate to spin including liaising with suppliers, payroll information, public and personal monies, ordering supplies, logging invoices, and providing financial support to the Manager as required.
