The brightest recruiters that have at least 2 years of billing experience under their belt, bringing in £120k pa plus (or GP equivalent on contract/temp) with a single agency employer. Along with an otherwise stable career. 

It would be advantageous for you to have: 

  • The CertRP qualification or similar and
  • Level 5 Leadership & Management Qualification or similar or
  • Significant business planning or billing management experience

If selected you will be given a business plan charting your development from Senior Consultant to Divisional Manager within 3 years, along with the opportunity to become an influential part of the team. No, part of the family.
