Nurses of Oxfordshire, we hear you!!
If you’re seeking an employer who understands you and who will give you the opportunity to enjoy the very best career development, for an ever expanding and leading ‘not for profit charity’, look no further.
Unlike many providers, my client has excellent resources, as they are a registered charity and therefore benefit from generous donations. They don’t have fat cat bosses and they don’t pay dividends to outside stakeholders either.
What does ‘not for profit’ really mean? Well my client invest every penny they make into the residents who live in their homes and the people who work there too, which could include you one day, if you're lucky.
How does this affect you? This means working within an organisation that offers the best quality of care, as they treat everybody as an individual, along with competitive pay and benefits with great training and development for you.
These are not just ordinary care homes! Due to the unique funding model my client is currently modernising its portfolio and are building new inspiring, contemporary care homes and this is very much the case for their home in Thame.
We are looking for nurses of all levels, whether newly qualified or with an abundance of nursing home experience to support a fabulous home manager, who has worked her way up in this organisation. There are flexible shifts available for both days and nights to suite your needs.
So what's the criteria?
You must be a qualified RGN/RMN with an active pin from the NMC and have a fabulous caring attitude; and that is it.
Of course elderly care nursing experience would also be beneficial.
Oh and if you don't value team work then this isn't for you either.
What will you benefit from?
Great fulfilment and the pride of working in a care environment with a real buzz about it.
The very best training and development currently available in the industry.
A real opportunity for progression, after all, the home manager you will be working for is proof that anything can be achieved in this organisation.
Oh and the salary…….well let’s just say you have the opportunity to earn in excess of £30,000 in a full time position doing three shifts per week with attractive enhancements of up to £21.45p/h!!!
Relocation packages also available.
