I am so pleased to be helping my client find a new nursing Home Manager for their home in Worcester, due to the retirement of the current Manager. Client has an exceptional reputation for proving good quality care and provides high standards for the residents.

Registered Manager extraordinaire is not easy to spell. Home Manager extraordinaire isn't much better. but it doesn't really matter how we dress the jobs up, what's important is what happens when you get there.

This is not one of the big corporates, it's a medium size Nursing Home, which means that you can really implement changes and improvements for your residents.

Do you inspire staff to enjoy their work? Can you persuade people to pull together? Can you see when tough decisions need to be made, make them and carry out the remedy?

If so, I have a question for you. How high are your standards?

I'd love to know and would be pleased to speak to you, if you are a Nurse Manager with an active PIN and track record of success.

My name is Krzysztof Wieczorek and I am available for a call in confidence at almost any time. Hope to hear from you soon.

If you would like to know more, please give me a call 0161 914 5722
