This is a small perfectly formed Nursing Home, privately owned with a GOOD CQC.

Located in a purpose built building, live 40 elderly people, they need a Manager to come and look after them.

You should know how to look after our wonderful senior citizens, dealing with their families, the CCG, the LA and the CHC.

If I have not flummoxed you so far, do continue reading.

If you know your way around a DOLs, and you know how to deal with an resident enquiry I would like to talk with you.

If you know how to market your home effectively in the local community, if you are happy to network, liasing with Residential Homes, and Respite facilities I want to talk with you.

Are you that deputy manager looking for your first step into management, or are you that seasoned experienced Regional or Operational Manager, that would like to take a step back, and just do your 40 hours a week.
