Nursing Home Manager

My client and I are looking to find the next superstar Nursing Home Manager for a really rather special privately owned large nursing home in East London.

The present manager has worked wonders, having been in post for 5 years, with a stable team of nurses, carers and ancilliary staff. There is no agency usage at this home.

The CQC is GOOD, and we are aiming for OUTSTANDING next time, are you the person we need to take the home, staff and residents to the next level.

This home is a flagship home of a small but perfectly formed Nursing Home Group.

It has been run brilliantly for the last 5 years by the Outgoing manager, who has decided that he wants a new challenge.

It is fully staffed, yes seriously fully staffed, with a supernumerary CLINICAL deputy who shares the workload with the manager.

It is in a purpose built building, comfortable and homely, and in good condition.

We are looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager, one who knows his CQC from the CCG, LA from the FNC, and MARS from the EMed.

Are you the next manager that we need to take this East London home into the OUTSTANDING category.

If you are an Experienced Nursing Home manager, and are in the market for a new Home Management role, please contact Emma in the first instance.
