All I want for Christmas is a Dementia Specialist Professional and Practice Development Facilitator.

I promise we're not asking for much, it's really straight forward.

A notable national charity has retained Recruitment Panda exclusively, to source applicants who would like to benefit from or retain an/their NHS pension. With up to 14% contributions paid, 40 days annual leave and £41k-£49k per annum salary.

Could this job be a gift for you or someone you know?

Working from home/in the field, your principle duties will be arranging and delivering monthly development courses for the network of 30-50 specialist nurses in your region. Delivering the sessions in two different South West locations.

  • Then there's one to one interaction with your nurse cohort
  • The opportunity/expectation for you to be at the cutting edge of dementia nursing.
  • Regular trips to London to facilitate your own nursing/practice development/research/evidence base expertise from an incredible team of warm and welcoming bonafide experts.

We are looking for:

  • An NMC registered Nurse or HCPC registered Psychologist
  • Professional/Practice Development knowledge or Teaching/Training expertise with a track record of helping to improve the practice of others
  • Experience of nursing supervision / reflective clinical nurse supervision
  • Leadership qualities
  • A real passion for Dementia nursing / care from personal or professional experience
  • Preferably existing dementia nursing expertise
  • A commitment / passion for nursing CPD
  • A desire to keep on learning
