Nurse Manager/Clinical Lead

About the job

All I want for Christmas is Burton's finest Nurse Manager/Clinical Lead.

We are seeking out the best Mental Health Nurse Manager to open a brand new unit in a remarkable care home in Burton upon Trent.

The unit is being refurbished as I type this advert and will be ready for your arrival in the very near future.

We need you to be a strong leader with proven leadership experience.

We need you to have top notch up to date clinical skills.

We do not need you to be a Dementia expert as this unit will not be for residents with Dementia.

We are looking for someone who can really grab the bull by the horns and get stuck in.

Do you have leadership skills that just aren't being used?

Are you the main motivator in your team?

Do you thrive in high pressure situations and making quick decisions?

Are you going to be the person to open this brand new unit and work towards delivering nothing less than the best person centred care to the wonderful residents living here in Burton upon Trent?

The owners of this home are experts in the industry, making this a very unique and tempting opportunity. What you get from that is a dynamic, supportive, realistic and experienced upper management team.

The role is full time and paying a competitive salary of £18 per hour (with paid breaks).

This role would suit a previous Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager but we welcome CV's from candidates who think they have got what it takes.

Ideally we would like you to be a Registered Mental Health Nurse but we will consider the application from a Registered General Nurse who has experience in the relevant field. You must hold a valid NMC pin.

High performance in this role will be rewarded with a fulfilling and blossoming career.

We are very proud to be working with this particular Client. You will soon know why.
