If you are an RGN or RMN with management experience in the elderly care sector, enjoy fostering good teams and want to lead your home with a good level of autonomy, then this position might be for you.

The home is currently rated 'Good' in all areas by the CQC and boasts a strong stable core team of long serving staff. It's well supported by a senior management team, who interestingly have worked their way up through the company, so there is real career progression here.

Uniquely placed in the market, the Director of this company likes his managers to run their homes independently of each other, so no micro-management here. Of course you are still well supported, but autonomy is important for managers and this is why they are a company that rarely have these sorts of positions arise.
