Spring has finally sprung and an award winning small independent care company is looking for a budding Deputy Manager for one of their homes close to Liverpool.

Are you an experienced qualified nurse, ideally RGN that would like the opportunity to work for a company that will train you to Care Diploma Level 5 and provide a remuneration rate of £18p/h+

The care home has an excellent reputation in the area for providing the very best in care to a range of residents from 18+ with physical dissabilities and some living with dementia.

If you are a highly self-motivated individual that believes you have what it takes to lead a committed staff team and have a diplomatic but firm approach then we would love to hear from you.

Many of this companies Deputy Managers have gone on to take manager positions within the company and they take staff development very seriously.

You will believe in providing the very best in person centred care in exceptional surroundings.

Supporting an experienced Home Manager, you will be in safe hands and will be relied upon to manage the home in their absence. This is a 40 hour contract with supernumerary hours available for a fantastic employer.

Requirements for this position

You must be a qualified nurse with a relevant nursing pin from the NMC. Sound leadership, communication and clinical skills will be key.
