Residential Homes - 3, well managed, staffed homes, in great environmental condition

I am looking for a special somebody, to look after these three Medium sized residential care homes, they have great managers in situ, Two of the homes are very stable and well run, with managers in post for almost 10 years.
The third home is rated CQC 'good', but is in an improvement and stabilisation process, with a new Home Manager. .

The roles and responsibilities of the Area Manager will include ensuring the commercial, operational and regulatory
success of each home, being a guide to the managers, implementing Group policies and procedures, suggesting improvements and supporting the launch of new initiatives.

The Area Manager will benefit from a very strong support framework - including:
The Regional Director is based out of the same Exeter office as the Area Manager

The group has ambitious growth targets to double in size by the end of 2021. This means the scope for growth and professional development as new opportunities present themselves. The Area Manager will likely be involved in the integration of future Homes - though an Area Manager's typical portfolio size is JUST 4 homes, as we believe in permitting Area Managers the time to really get to know their staff.
42.5hrs per week
Compensation: £42-45K p/a + £5k performance related bonus
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years running a 'good' rated care home and/or operating successfully as an Area Manager - preferably in elderly care or for those with health needs - and demonstrable ability to problem solve and organise teams.

Multi site management Residential Care Management experience Car Owner and driver Minimum 3 years running a 'good' rated care home and/or operating successfully as an AM - preferably in elderly care or for those with health needs - and demonstrable ability to problem solve and organise teams. A minimum of 3 years as a manager or more senior at 1 company in the last 5 years
